FEES & INSURANCE

Fees:

 

  • Fee for both therapy and coaching is $250.
  • Sliding scale fees are not currently available.
  • Payment is required at the time services are rendered.
  • No insurance plans are accepted.
  • Therapy services may be eligible for reimbursement (see INSURANCE section).
  • Coaching services may be up to 100% tax deductible. Check with your accountant or tax preparer to verify.

Insurance:

 

Therapy services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Most plans reimburse between 20% and 80%. Contact your provider and ask the following:

  • Do I have mental health benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider for procedure code 90806?
  • What is the procedure for reimbursement?
